We have season tickets for Newcastle
United, Sunderland AFC and Newcastle Falcons for the winter months
and for Newcastle Diamonds and Durham CCC in the summer. For each
team there will be a Prize Draw to win two tickets for each home
league match.
We have also purchased vouchers for luxury aromatherapy and floatation
sessions. For each of these vouchers, Prize Draws will be held each
month.
To contact an Administrators, e-mail them remembering to insert
the name of the Prize Draw in the e-mail Subject line and, in addition
to including your CSSC number, to ensure that the administrator
can let you when you win, provide:
- full name
- office
- home and mobile phone numbers
- office and home addresses and
- office and any home e-mail address(es)
Any member in HMRC without gsi access who needs
to contact an Administrator outside of HMRC can do so by sending
their enquiry via Steve Foster [Foster, Stephen (IMS Portfolios)].
There have already been a number of instances where winners have
missed out on their prize because insufficient or out-of-date contact
details were held for participants. To overcome this, Michael O'Hara,
the Prize Draw Overseer is currently undertaking a programme of
enquiries to check on the contact information already held for those
in the various draws and to ensure that it is as comprehensive as
possible.

As we have over 1,000 members in the NUFC prize
draw, we asked them whether they wanted us to get two Bamburgh Suite
tickets four Sports Bar tickets (and hold a second draw for the
extra two tickets).
A close result saw the members choose four Sports Bar tickets.
There will, therefore, be two draws for each Newcastle United home
game, each for two Sports Bar tickets featuring private bar facilities
and complementary programme.

| Floatation therapy |
|
This is a chance to relax the body, fortify
the mind and stimulate your senses with a combination of Aroma and
Floatation Therapy. Begin your treatment with a deeply relaxing
floatation session enhanced an atmosphere created by a special blend
of essential oils to suit your individual requirements.
The Floatation capsule is located in a lockable private
room with a power shower for use before and after the float. Everything
is provided – towels, shampoo, earplugs, hairdryers, etc.
There is a gentle light in the capsule if you prefer, but most people
choose to float in the dark. Music is played to ease you into a
deep relaxation - you just lie back, relax and enjoy the rest! The
warm oils are then massaged into the skin with a full body aromatherapy
massage to continue the harmonious feeling achieved whilst floating.

- You only have to enter once in any of our Prize Draws (if you
have entered in previous seasons/months you do not need to enter

- Remember to advise the Administrator if you change your contact

can't contact you!
- Each draw is made approximately one month prior to the game/meeting/event
and winners will be notified at that time.
- Results will be advertised as and when the broadcast Editor
has them
